At Autumn Pink Boutique, every piece is carefully curated with intention and love. Because our inventory is limited and often offered in small-batch drops, our return policy is designed to protect the boutique experience while remaining fair and sustainable. Thank you for supporting our small business.
Our Promise to You
We want every purchase from Autumn Pink Boutique to make you feel confident, feminine, and beautiful. However, we understand that sometimes an item just isn’t the right fit — and that’s okay. We’ve created a simple return process to make it easy for you.
We gladly accept returns of eligible items for exchange or store credit (issued as a digital gift card), as long as the return is requested and mailed back within 14 days of delivery.
General Return Guidelines

Returns are for store credit or exchanges only (no refunds to original payment method).

Timeframe: Your return must be submitted through our official Return Portal and shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Items must be free of stains, odors (including smoke), excessive pet/human hair, and returned in original packaging when possible.

Returns not meeting these standards will be declined and shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Preorders: Preorder arrival/delivery dates are estimates. Vendor delays may occur, and we are not responsible for delays outside our control. Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

No order changes/cancellations: Orders begin processing immediately, so please review your cart carefully before checkout.

Color variations: Differences in color/pattern due to lighting, photography, or device screen settings are not considered defects.

Return limit: Customers are limited to 5 initiated returns per month.
This helps us keep inventory fair, prevent bulk over-ordering, and continue offering new arrivals at accessible prices.
No Order Cancellations — No Exceptions
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, edited, or changed.
This includes:

Preorders (arrival dates are estimates only and delays may occur)

Custom items (including bracelets, jackets, bags, and accessories)
Shipping, Protection & Fees (Non-Refundable)
Original shipping costs, package protection, return protection, and any additional processing fees are non-refundable. These services are provided at the time of shipment and are not reimbursed under any circumstances — including approved returns, exchanges, or policy exceptions.
Final Sale Items
The following items are always Final Sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

Any sale/clearance items discounted 30% or more

Sale collection/clearance pieces

Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items (including jackets, bags, accessories, and custom bracelets)

Gift cards or store credit purchases

Items marked Final Sale on the product page

Sleepwear, bodysuits, and other intimate items (if applicable)
Exchanges & Store Credit
We do accept size exchanges on eligible items, based on availability. All exchange requests must be submitted through our Return Portal.
Please note:

Submitting an exchange request does not hold inventory.

Exchanges are only processed once the original item is received and approved.

Inventory availability is confirmed at the time your return is processed (not when your request is submitted).
Customers are responsible for shipping costs for the new exchanged item. .
If the exchange item is no longer available, store credit will be issued instead.
Custom Orders

All custom bracelets and personalized items are Final Sale.

Please review spelling, sizing, and customization details carefully before ordering.

Custom orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship depending on volume.

Once submitted/processed, custom orders cannot be canceled or edited.
How to Start a Return or File a Claim

Select (or purchase) a return label

Once approved, your label will be emailed to you

Ship your return within 14 days of delivery
(Labels expire if mailed outside this timeframe.) -
After inspection, your store credit will be issued
Missing Packages
We wish we could hand-deliver every package ourselves. Once a package leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier — but we are happy to help guide you through next steps if something goes wrong.
Before You File a Claim
Packages are sometimes marked delivered early. Please wait 2–3 business days after delivery status is posted. Also check:

neighbors/building managers
Address Accuracy
Please verify your address at checkout. We cannot cover packages lost due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address entered at checkout.
Still Missing?
After 2–3 business days, if your package still hasn’t arrived, submit a Missing Package Claim through our Returns & Claims Portal. Include your order number and any screenshots/photos (if applicable).
Carrier Responsibility & Claims Without Package Protection
Once tracking is issued, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Autumn Pink Boutique cannot control delivery routes, scanning errors, or final delivery placement.

we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once in transit/delivered

customers must work directly with the carrier for reimbursement

carrier delivery confirmation is considered fulfilled
Chargebacks/disputes for packages marked delivered/in transit may be formally contested with supporting documentation.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items 💌
If your order arrives damaged, missing an item, or incorrect, please submit a claim through our Return Portal within 3 days of delivery.

if approved, we will provide a return label
If the item is available, we will send a replacement once the original is returned. If not available, store credit will be issued.
Please note:

photo/screen color differences are not considered defects

sizing/fit issues are not considered damage but may still qualify for return
-
damage caused after delivery (wear/pets/handling) cannot be accepted
Preorder Items
Preorders are offered as a service to customers who want to secure a highly requested item before it sells out again.
Please note:

preorder dates listed are estimated arrival dates to our store (not delivery dates to you)
-
vendor delays may happen due to manufacturing, freight, customs, or carrier delays
-
once preorder inventory arrives, allow a few business days for processing and shipping
Because preorder inventory is reserved specifically for you, preorder orders cannot be canceled once placed and are considered final sale prior to arrival.
Once your preorder item is delivered, if it’s no longer the right fit, it may be returned under our standard return policy for store credit.
By purchasing a preorder, you agree to these terms and estimated timelines.
Policy Exceptions & Account Standing
Policy exceptions (if ever granted) are made at the sole discretion of Autumn Pink Boutique. We reserve the right to restrict or block future purchases in cases of excessive return activity or repeated exception requests.
